When you first log in to the solution, you are taken through a wizard to identify your ICP (ideal customer profile).  When done, you are presented with a list of potential prospects – slick. presents leads on startup

The page, however, does a few things really well:

  • In the blurred-out areas above the individual’s name, job title, and company, are displayed.
  • When you click on Find, one of two things will happen.
    • If the user’s information can not be found, the area refreshes without displaying any information or an error.  This is a bit confusing and led us to try multiple times, wasting free credits.
    • Or, the lock icons under Email/Phone and Location are replaced with the information requested.
  • Note that you can toggle between Contacts and Companies, as well as search for leads using the search area on the left side of the screen (requires you have the Chrome extension installed).

As you find the contact information for Contacts and Companies, they become available in the My Contacts and My Companies areas via the menu on the left side of the screen.

Cleanse, Bulk Update, and Enrich a CSV of Contacts

For an additional fee, you can enrich a contact list uploaded into the system as a CSV file.

The CSV file must include columns for First Name, Last Name, and Company Name.

Each contact costs a single credit, and these credits are different than the credits used to research leads elsewhere in the product.
