Free Forever – Individual
  • 2 named users.
  • Unlimited boards and documents.
  • Up to 500 MB of storage (if you have a lot of big files, this limit will cause you to upgrade).
  • No external viewers (read-only, view-only access) — makes the free option insufficient for managing projects with third-party consultants who simply need to view boards (or even with managers or senior leaders).
  • Customer service/support view self-serve knowledgebase, 24/7 support, and daily live webinars.
    • Note: monday.com prioritizes support based upon customer level.  Individual customers will be supported at a lower priority than all others.
