私は、アジア太平洋地域におけるコーチングに対する認識を変えたいと思いました。コーチングは改善策とみなされることが多く、そのため普及率は低いのです。
また、会話へのアプローチの仕方を少し変えるだけで、比較的小さな努力で、コーチングはチームのパフォーマンスと定着率に大きな変化をもたらすことを示したかったのです。
私は、中堅の業績を持つ8人のMRと6週間にわたってパイロットプログラムを実施することを提案し、私がコーチを務めました。
プログラムについて実行したプログラムは何ですか？
ハイポーのコーチングプログラムと名付けました。
6週間かけて8人の営業担当者を週1時間ずつ指導しました。
このコーチングのプロセスを通じて、アプローチの盲点を明らかにし、目標を設定し、ビジョンを描き、思い通りに成功するための計画を立てることを支援しました。
その結果何が起こったのか？
このコーホートでは、前四半期比のノルマ達成率が平均92%増加しました。
