Typical hiring challenges for managers

Most managers don’t have:

  • Access to job roles and descriptions
  • Job posting templates
  • A need to regularly interview and update a set of interview questions proven to identify great teammates
  • An understanding of their own hiring process, much less how to begin recruiting if they have the above
  • Proven onboarding processes to ensure the next hire is able to hit the ground running

Often, they are not provided training, coaching, or mentorship on these processes and must figure it out on their own.
