Katie Williams joins Trust Enablement to solve for one thing – the gap between top performers and average performers within revenue teams. Her passion for process improvement, skill development and coaching could stem from her 12 years as an elite gymnast, or from her past role in Learning & Development. She is currently building the Enablement function from the ground up at Sandler Training as their Sales Operations and Enablement Manager. In her free time, she likes to network with others and dance!
