What's
our policy?
Trust Enabling Strategies is committed to protecting the privacy
of its clients and web site users, and we have taken strong measures
to ensure that the information we gather from you will be secure
and confidential. Specifically:
Forum Registration for discussions and voting in polls: Your
registration information is confidential and the extent to which
it is made accessible to other users is under your own control.
Information on how you vote in a poll is highly confidential
and cannot even be accessed by the administrators of our system.
What
information do we need and what do we do with it?
The information we need when you communicate online with Trust
Enabling Strategies includes your name, e-mail address, mailing
address, phone and fax. In some cases we require your credit card
number and expiration date. This information allows us to fill
your order and/or keep you updated on the status of your order.

information is marked with an * and consist of Username, E-mail
address and password. This information is required to authenticate
you as a legitimately registered user. All other information
is requested optionally to customize your communication options
with other forum participants.
How
do we protect your information?
We make sure that every online communication with our clients
meets our high standards of privacy and security. In the case
of credit card transactions, we do this by using a secure service,
PayPal with software that encrypts all of your confidential information
before you send it. In addition, we take strong measures to protect
all customer data against unauthorized access.

employ access control mechanisms with and all your personal
information is stored in secure systems that are protected from
external access by firewalls. We also have very restrictive
practices for granting access privileges to systems that contain

Do
we have "cookies"?
Cookies are small bytes of information that are stored by your
browser on your computer's hard drive. Trust Enabling Strategies'
cookies allow us to recognize each returning client and their
relevant information so that you do not need to input the same
information more than once. We do not place any personally identifying
confidential information in your cookies. In addition, cookies
are not used to access information entered on the secure server.
This information can only be accessed when you enter your name
and password.

are used to maintain an open and authenticated session with
a registered user. This allows you to securely move around the
discussion forum without having to frequently reenter your username
and password.
Will
Trust Enabling Strategies share any of my personal information?
Absolutely NOT! That's why it's called personal. Trust Enabling
Strategies will not trade, sell or rent your personal information
(such as name, address, phone number, or company name) to third
parties without your consent. And, we also protect your privacy
by limiting employee access to and use of customer data. While
we may provide statistics to outside companies about our customers,
including sales and related site information, it will not include
any personally identifying information.

registration information and how you vote in our polls are never
disclosed to any outside parties. Aggregate poll voting results
are publicly available on our web site and we may shared them
with third parties. Also, all your message postings in the publicly
viewable discussion forums are available to all parties and
are individually identifiably to the username you provided during
registration.

why do we need all that personal information?
The answer is simple - it's so that we can constantly improve
your relationship with Trust Enabling Strategies.

limited personal information is required to register for discussion
forums and for voting in polls. Only a username, password and
e-mail address are required in order to uniquely authenticate
you as a user. All other information is optional to help you
communicate with other forum participants.
What control
do I have in how you use my personal information?
You are always in control. You
tell us how you want or do not want us to use your information.
We will diligently strive to get your consent at the time we are
collecting your personal information. In some cases this may be
impractical and we will assume that by providing us with your
personal contact information you are giving us permission to contact
you, at least once. However, you always have the ability to ask
us to stop using your personal information for specific purposes
and we will promptly comply with that request. NOTE: we will
never assume that you implicitly consent to allowing us to share
your personal information with anyone else.

be used ONLY to contact you specifically about forum and poll
related matters. As part of the same communication, we may also
inform you about other matters related to either Trust Enabling

in general. You will ALWAYS have the opportunity to STOP such
communication, either by requesting that we stop contacting
you directly or by asking us to remove your registration profile.
Will
Trust Enabling Strategies change its policy?
When you use the Trust Enabling Strategies web site you consent
to the collection and use of your information by Trust Enabling
Strategies. If we alter our privacy policy in any way we will
post those changes here so you can be aware of anything that may
affect you in the way we disclose information.
